We start with a gentle warm up, sun salutations, and then we move through a carefully tailored sequence with fun transitions that we will repeat several times so you can really practice connecting breath to movement. Followed by some balancing, core work and a nice juicy cool down, you'll leave this class feeling stronger, more in tune with your body and totally zenned out. Expect an energizing playlist and gear up for the week ahead!
