Hi! I’m Jenni. I’ve been a fitness professional for nearly 20 years and movement has been at the heart of my life and work for as long as I can remember. I began my journey in 2006 leading Cardio Kickboxing classes at YMCAs around the Twin Cities and quickly fell in love with helping incredible humans improve their quality of life while finding joy, connection, and confidence through movement.
In 2010, I opened a multi-modality studio called Key Fusion in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. For 12 incredible years, it was pure magic. Lives transformed, friendships formed, and a vibrant community gathered around movement, fun, and feeling good in their bodies and souls.
After closing the physical studio in 2022, I continued teaching PiYo through pop-up classes in school gymnasiums and outdoor spaces. The heart of Key Fusion lived on, because as our members always said, “Key Fusion isn’t a building. It’s the people.”
Together with my magical daughter Jerah, I am grateful to open this next chapter with Key & Clover. I can’t wait to move with you.

Hi! I'm Jerah. I'm 27 years old, I live in Richfield with my fiancé, bestie and 2 cats. In my free time I love to hike and be in nature. I read as much as I can, I love being immersed in a fictional world or learning about new things that interest me. I love drawing, painting and jewelry making, basically any type of art! But most of all I love yoga!
Movement has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. Growing up I was always tagging along to my mom's fitness classes, and counting down the days til I was old enough to participate. When she opened Key Fusion I fell in love with moving my body in all sorts of different ways. I'm so lucky to have grown up in a community surrounded by strong women, showing up for themselves every day.
In early 2025, I was dealing with crippling anxiety. I decided to try everything I could to help calm my mind and get my nervous system back on track. I had dabbled in yoga before and thought why not try a little self imposed 30 day challenge; do yoga every day. Sometimes only for 10 minutes, sometimes for 2 hours. What I found out about myself and my body in those 30 days was life changing. I was breathing better, my anxiety was nearly gone, and my body felt stronger, stretchier and more loved than it had in years. But the best part of all was learning how to be more present. It is such a gift to be able to dedicate a sliver of time to yourself and just exist in the present moment, with only movement and your breath to think about.
My 200hr Yoga Teacher Training brought me even deeper into my love for yoga. I knew I wanted to teach because yoga changed my life and I want to share that passion and help others find peace within themselves, and amazement at what their bodies can do. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, empowered and free to show up exactly as you are, on and off the mat.
I promise to always continue learning as much as I can, so that I can bring you the most authentic, fun, exciting offerings I can think of! I am so excited to move, breathe and grow alongside each one of you.
