Distance Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that works with the body’s natural energy systems to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. It is based on the idea that when your energy is flowing freely, you feel more grounded, clear, and at ease ... physically, emotionally, and mentally. Reiki helps release energetic blockages and restore a sense of harmony, allowing your body to return to its natural state of alignment. 


Distance Reiki is energy healing received from wherever you are. Through intention and deep meditation, I connect with your energy and support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.


Reiki is an invitation to return to yourself.


There is nothing you need to do to prepare for a Reiki session. Simply soften, settle in, and rest while Reiki works its magic. Even at a distance, energy is not limited. Like other energy sources, it flows where it is needed.


You may feel warmth, calm, or drift into sleep. You may feel nothing at all and notice the shift later. However it shows up is perfect.


Reiki asks nothing of you. It simply meets you where you are, helping you release, reset, and come back into balance. ✨

 Energy is not limited by space. Just like energies such as cellular data, reiki energy knows limits. You cannot see it, but it is powerful. Reiki connects to you and supports your body, mind, and energy wherever you are. 


 Yes. Remote sessions often occur as you are winding down for sleep, so your system is naturally receptive. The energy continues to flow through you overnight, supporting deeper integration than a single hour. 


 Prepare for rest. Dim the lights, sip something warm like tea or lemon water, and if you'd like,  let soft music play. Settle your senses and breathe. From there, your only job is to receive. You can daydream, drift off to sleep, or let your mind wander wherever it chooses.


 Everyone is different. You may notice warmth, tingling, gentle waves, or emotional softening. Some drift into sleep. Others notice subtle shifts afterward. All experiences are normal. 


 Yes. Sleep enhances the session. Reiki continues to flow throughout the night, supporting balance and calm. 


 No. Reiki works whether you are curious, skeptical, or fully aligned. Being open can deepen the experience, but it is never required. 


 No. Reiki is not a religion and does not require changes to your faith. It is a gentle practice that works alongside any spiritual path. 


 Some feel calm or lighter immediately. Others notice improved sleep, clarity, or subtle shifts in the days that follow. Reiki works gently in ways that are personal and gradual.
